We recommend washing the interior of your sauna with a damp cloth and a light natural product regularly to prevent bacteria and mildew buildup. In addition, it is important to let the sauna dry after each use.
Washing the exterior of your sauna can be done using a towel or a brush and water mixed with a mild cleaning product (eg dish soap). Scrub areas that are dirtier and be sure to rinse the wood well.
9 - Can I treat the exterior of my sauna?
Yes, if you wish cedar saunas can be treated with a sealant to protect it from bad weather such as UV rays and rain.
Take note that it is important to use a sealant that can be used at high temperatures if you are treating the interior as well.

8 foot saunas are made to accommodate up to four people. We also offer 10 foot saunas that can accommodate six to eight people.
11 - Where are your Saunas made?
We work exclusively with Canadian manufacturers to ensure the quality of our products and our service.
12 - What is the warranty on my Sauna?
You benefit from a one-year manufacturer's warranty on your stove to protect you from manufacturing errors.
13 - Can water seep into the sauna?
To prevent water infiltration, we recommend checking the tension of the metal bands around your sauna a few times a year. If you want to have a sauna completely sheltered from the rain, consider the option of choosing a metal or shingle roof that will extend the life of your sauna in addition to preventing water infiltration.
In case you notice considerable infiltration, tighten the metal bands to fix the problem. If the situation is not resolved, loosen the metal bands and add a wooden plank to the sauna on top of the sauna before re-tightening the metal bands.
14 - Can I pour water on the rocks?
Yes, you can pour water on the rocks without pouring a lot of it.
15 - Are your stoves compliant?
All our products comply with Canadian standards.
16 - How to increase the temperature of your sauna
In order to increase the temperature of your sauna, you simply have to reduce the height of your interior thermometer. Heat rises in the air and if the thermometer reading is taken lower, the temperature will be lower which will tell your stove to heat up.
*Lower your thermometer gradually to accommodate the higher heat. If you wish to use your sauna at temperatures higher than recommended, you do so at your own risk.
